Checking a product?

Include its link, the selected model or color, and the specification you need to confirm. For powered equipment, let us know the intended power source and country of use. For fitted parts, mention the measurements you are comparing.

Following up on an order?

Send your order number and the email used at checkout. If the package or item is damaged, or a component appears to be missing, include clear photographs and a short description of what you received.

Delivery, cancellation or return questions

Contact us with the order reference so the request can be considered against the order details and applicable terms. Ask for return instructions and the correct destination before sending a parcel; the dispatch address is not necessarily a return address.

Keep sensitive information private

Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Product and order references are the most useful starting points.
