These Terms of Service apply when you visit kiwent.com or buy from Kiwent. The store is operated by Shenqiu County Dinu Dai Department Store (Individual Business). By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.
Using the store
Use the website lawfully, provide accurate order and contact information and keep account credentials secure. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse content or violate another person's rights.
Products and orders
Review the selected option, specifications, power requirements and included components before ordering. Images may include props not supplied unless stated, and colors can vary between displays. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request, not final acceptance. Fulfillment depends on availability, payment authorization and any required order review.
Prices, currency and shipping
Store prices and checkout totals use United States dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes and shipping are shown before payment. A merchandise subtotal below USD 36 has USD 6 shipping; USD 36 or more qualifies for free shipping, subject to the accepted delivery address.
Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers displayed in the live checkout. A card issuer or provider may decline or delay a transaction or apply its own fees. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes by email.
No subscriptions or automatic renewal
Kiwent does not currently sell subscription products or enroll customers in automatic renewal. Purchases are one-time transactions for the products and quantities shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, shipping arrangements, inspection and refund timing are described in the Return and Refund Policy. Those terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other providers may apply their own terms. External links do not give us control over another site's content or practices. Store text, graphics and other content may be used only for personal shopping unless the relevant rights holder permits another use.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but interruptions, typographical errors or changes may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable losses directly caused by a breach. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
